About Us Lola Mae’s S.O.F.T Mentorship Program is a non-profit leadership development program serving girls ages 8-17. Lola Mae’s S.O.F.T Mentorship Program works with girls to provide self-development, career training, and college, as well as a source to serve their community. Mission We strive to make sure every girl knows that when she is around us or involved in our programs, she has permission to feel. After all, in order to conquer or overcome things that may be weighing us down, we have to be able to appropriately identify what those things are. Helping teen girls develop self-confidence, accountability & responsibility that will curate emotional intelligence & personal development.
